Workshops held with team members were part of the process, creating a valuable sense of emotional and intellectual engagement amongst staff. The brand identity we created for Warwick reflected the purpose of the organisation, people coming together to communicate.

Our research also found one of the critical strengths of staff was the ability to listen to clients about individual requirements. The speech bubbles reflect this in a concise and straightforward way and give the brand a personality that matches the offer. The symbol also indicates the very essence of meeting places – communication.
